Description:

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, grow our digital presence, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support business goals

● Manage social media platforms and create engaging content

● Run targeted advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)

● Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports

● Track and analyze website and social media analytics

● Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters

● Optimize content for SEO and improve search rankings

● Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency

● Identify new trends, tools, and growth opportunities in digital marketing

Eligibility:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

● 2-3 years experience in digital marketing or social media management

● Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)

● Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills

● Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

● Creative thinking and strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
● Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools)

● Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)

● Experience managing online communities

● Familiarity with CRM tools
